Master of Renovation of Buildings and Facilities

ADMISSION: on documents;

REQUIREMENTS: applicants with acquired Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or similar programs, higher education, recognized in EU; average rating of the diploma - Good; document for English language proficiency.

DURATION: 1,5 academic years (3 semesters).

DIPLOMA: Master in Renovation of Buildings and Facilities.

This Master's program is designed for graduated civil engineers to extend their knowledge in the area of reconstruction and modernization of building and facilities.

Reconstruction and modernization are considered in the context of durability, reliability and improved operating parameters of the microclimate for energy efficiency.

The graduates will gain professional knowledge and skills to resolve structural and technological issues related to the renovation of buildings and facilities, including repair and strengthening of building constructions, selection, and application of appropriate interior and exterior materials and systems, and management and economic efficiency.

The graduates will be prepared to find professional realization as:

Designers of building and facilities, subject to renewal, reconstruction and modernization; Consultants, technical experts, and managers of activities related to renovation and reconstruction of buildings and facilities; Professionals monitoring bodies, international organizations in the field of construction, consulting companies, etc.

Note: The fees are €1000 per semester for EU students and €2000 per semester for non-EU students. All excellent students study FREE of any charges.
