Through this degree students learn to understand and analyse the many sociopolitical, economic, financial and environmental factors that drive property investment decisions in a globalised world. The course deals in depth with investment vehicles, capital markets, financial management, and the underlying drivers of property values. Specialised subjects investigate the investment considerations associated with retail, office, and other commercial assets. Real estate investment trusts and funds management are covered in depth in separate subjects.
