The Master of Management and Management of Fashion Companies trains all those who wish to train as managers or entrepreneurs in the fashion sector through the experience of renowned professionals of companies in the field both in the field of luxury and retail.
In a sector as competitive as fashion, you need specific knowledge about the Strategic Management, Product Management, Marketing and Communication, Finance ... which will be absolutely necessary for a company to succeed and position itself in the market with the results and the desired success.
To this end, the Master of Management and Management of Fashion Companies collects all these aspects so significant also emphasizing the new online business formats and the possibilities offered by the digital world, concepts as current as sustainability or the identification of trends , among others.
OBJECTIVES: The master's degree trains professionals in the business sector with a high degree of specialization in fashion. It raises the necessary objectives so that the work environment itself perceives the results of qualified people to carry out a professional activity in companies in the fashion environment. • Train professionals with a specific preparation to perform their work as manager or manager of a fashion company • Offer the necessary knowledge to clearly identify the specific needs of the field of action in the fashion sector • Explain the role and interrelation of the various sectors that intervene in the process of production management, management control and communication • Facilitate the understanding of the business structure and the place occupied by various positions within it.
METHODOLOGY: The Master of Management and Management of Fashion Companies has a didactic methodology that is applied both in the specific content of the program and in the transversal content common to the 4 IED Master schools (Design, Fashion, Visual Communication and Management) .
All the programs have the following structure for the development of the didactic contents:
- Online content
Through online training, the student will have access to transversal and propaedeutic knowledge, typical of the values of the IED. These theoretical / practical or instrumental subjects have the follow-up of a tutor or teacher, who will guide the student through CAMPUS IED, an optimal and easily accessible scenario for learning.
- Face-to-face content
The classroom content has a large part of specific knowledge and a smaller part of multidisciplinary content. Through the latter, the student will promote the relationship with other disciplines, taking advantage of the exchange of knowledge, ideas, opinions and activities as part of a stimulating and enriching training for further professional projection.
All this content, depending on its characteristics, can be taught through the following formats: Theoretical-practical classes; - Conferences; - Visits; - Travel; - Workshops or Workshops.
AIMED AT: graduates or graduates with work experience in sectors related to design, fashion, marketing, financial field, etc. who want to access positions of responsibility in fashion companies.
PROFESSIONAL DEPARTURES: Students who complete this master's degree will be able to direct their professional life, among other options, in: • Product manager • Purchasers or purchasing managers • Area Manager or commercial managers • Brand Manager • Manager of management control • Responsible for Visual Merchandising
HOURS: from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. From Monday to Friday, 4 or 5 days per week.
TRAINING CREDITS: 60 The didactic planning of all Master IED courses is based on the criteria established by the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). IED Master adopts a credit system that follows the structure of the European Credit Tranfer System (ECTS). IED Master issues exclusively private own titles.
