The LERE program is a 37-hour, non-thesis, graduate program that develops the advanced competencies and skills needed for a successful career in the real estate industry.
Our program integrates the studies of real estate and business through a broad curriculum, including accounting, finance, law, real estate, and a professional internship. By using economic theory and financial concepts to develop the competencies for analyzing real estate markets and real estate values, you will be prepared for a career in real estate management.
The program consists of 12 core courses and one elective that you may select from a broad range of courses. Depending upon your career interest and goals, you may decide to take additional electives to further develop your competencies in a supporting area of knowledge.
