The Flexible Study: Working during the study

We want your studies to fit perfectly into your life. Therefore, the curriculum for master students is limited to lecture times from Wednesday afternoon to Friday, or Saturday evening. In this way, you will be able to make your studies easier to combine with a second job.

However, since the curriculum is designed as a full-time study, this still requires a corresponding preparation and post-processing effort.

Whether football, fashion, concerts or trade fairs: live events are moving the world and have great economic significance. With the internationally oriented Master's degree, you are in the best position to take on leadership roles in the booming sectors of sports and events.

As a sports and event manager, you design, organize and evaluate emotional worlds of experience that inspire and touch you - and that are also economically successful. Typical occupational fields are:

Contents of the study

The field of International Sport Management focuses on leadership in sports (leadership). International Event Management focuses on planning and design tasks. The Real Madrid Graduate School - Universidad Europea overcomes the limits of sport by training professional leaders in all disciplines of the industry. The Masters programs focus on a variety of areas and are aimed at graduates and experienced practitioners from the various sectors of professional and amateur sports.

The university is based on a strong international component, as well as the two institutions it relies on. You can apply one year in advance for the desired semester start with us. The application deadline for the winter semester is August 15 (non-EU applicants: June 15) and for the summer semester February 28 (non-EU applicants: February 28) . Following this, there is a follow-up procedure for unrecognized study places. If you already have a valid student visa for Germany, you can apply within the official application deadline.

Benefits in programs of study at other state or state recognized higher education institutions as well as extra-curricular achievements are recognized on application, provided that their equivalence with the achievements in the respective study course is established. Equivalence shall be established where no material difference can be demonstrated and the performance in terms of content, scope and requirements of the study program for which credit is requested is substantially the same. Responsible for this is the examination board. The concrete conditions for crediting and the exact procedure for this are regulated in the relevant examination regulations for the study program.
