Master of Human Resources

Human resources play a central role in all of the major challenges facing businesses today.
Established in 1983, the Master of Human Resources program at the Darla Moore School of Business has become a recognized leader in this field. Moore has built this reputation with:

HR professionals must work as strategic partners with general management in order to manage change and help the employer achieve organizational effectiveness. An earned undergraduate degree from an accredited institution is required to be considered for admission to the MHR program. The average undergraduate grade point average (GPA) is approximately 3.5. Graduate coursework and/or (whether degree has been earned or not) will also be taken into consideration. Transcripts from all institutions attended must be submitted to the Darla Moore School of Business.
GMAT / GRE
Applicants must provide a valid (five years old or less) Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) score or the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) to be considered for admission to the MHR program. The GMAT and GRE are composed of verbal, qualitative, and analytical sections. The institutional/program GMAT code for the school is JV2-TP-50. The GRE code for USC is 5818.
