The Master of Education is a one to two-year master’s degree which further prepares students for work in schools.
Most programs offer specializations in such fields as curriculum and instruction, counseling, school psychology, adult education, special education, and administration.
This degree is often required to qualify for positions in the educational administration like a principal, headmaster, or dean or to work as a professional counselor.
Tuition for education programs starts at $20,000 USD per academic year, although partial merit scholarships are available for high performing international students based on IELTS (6.5+) and TOEFL (90+) exam scores as well as CGPA and GRE (300+) or GMAT (550+) exam scores.
Many programs incorporate training and practical experience, in the form of research projects, presentations, and OPT and CPT opportunities.
