Introduction
The Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering has a double purpose: to strengthen the academic training of the graduate in conceptual, methodological and experimental aspects, in specific areas of the disciplinary field; and contribute to raising the quality of teaching, scientific-technological development and third and fourth level research. It leads to the academic title of Master and the required activities include a minimum of 36 academic credits, plus 160 hours dedicated to research and tutorials, and the development of an individual thesis, which must be a scientific or professional contribution important for progress of the chosen thematic concentration area.
