This two-year course provides unparalleled exposure to Western and Eastern ways of planning and creating brand communication campaigns in advertising agencies. Students who've completed their studies at Brand Academy University of Applied Sciences work in the following fields: Account Manager, Strategic Planner or Digital/Creative Planner, Consultant within consultancy companies with a focus on brands, Creative Director, Brand Communication Manager/ Marketing & Communications, Communications Manager
WHAT ARE OUR PREREQUISITES?
You need to have:
- A keen interest in international advertising communication, brand design, strategic planning and the latest brand communication trends (digital media, smart communication solutions and so on)
- The desire to forge a truly successful global career in the advertising industry
- At least an undergraduate academic degree in any study discipline
- Knowledge of English is mandatory
The three specializations correspond to the business units in advertising agencies: Strategic Planning, Account Management, and Cross-Media Creation.
This course of study prepares you for a career in the creative industries. You can work as a strategic planner or as a consultant who fully understands the creative process and guides creative staff in it.
Or you can decide to work within an actual creation department, creating and implementing cross-media advertising campaigns within a given strategic frame.

A successfully completed degree is a prerequisite for admission.
A Bachelor’s degree equivalent to 180 credits (ECTS) is required. Dependent on your specialization, business, design, communication or media related bachelor’s degree are beneficial. If this does not apply to you bridging courses will be offered.
Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate English skills at Level B2 or at least 543 points 543 points in the paper-based TOEFL test or 87 points in the Internet-based test, or 5.0 points in IELTS.
You can commence studies in April or October.
As well as your CV and references, a letter of motivation is very important to us as part of your application. We place a lot of emphasis on forming capable, committed semester groups of students who complement and inspire each other effectively. Once we have assessed your application documents positively, our Application Manager Anna Prokhorenko and our Course Director will look forward to getting to know you in a personal interview, where you will be able to tell them about your education and career so far, your suitability for the course, and your personal aims in relation to studying.
