The University of Cincinnati Master of Arts in Human Resources is taught by both full-time faculty and experienced industry professionals and includes both human resources and business administration courses in its curriculum as the HR professionals of tomorrow need to be able to effectively communicate with their colleagues in functional areas such as finance, marketing and accounting in order to best understand their human resource needs and translate them into action.

More than 85 percent of our Master of Arts in Human Resources students accept a full-time position within three months of graduation. Our graduates earn an average starting salary in excess of $62,000 and are hired by many of the country’s most respected companies such as General Electic, PNC Financial Services, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
