Training in strategic research for professionals of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Today, the Internet is deeply rooted in all dimensions of society, in our professional lives, in the coordination of personal life, and in leisure and consumption.
The MSc in Internet Studies is designed to prepare global and future professionals, decision makers and advisors, data analysts and practitioners from the public and private sectors, providing them with an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of the Network Society. The Master program in Internet Studies at ISCTE-IUL addresses issues that span a broad spectrum of disciplines, with a multidisciplinary and transnational approach. The concepts, theories, methods and techniques of the social sciences are introduced to carry out groundbreaking and high quality research, analyses and policy recommendations with impact on the production of new offers, on the management of human and strategic resources, on innovation and development of services and applications in the context of the fourth revolution in services and industry.
Master students also interact with professors who carry out state-of-the-art research at ISCTE-IUL Centers and Laboratories, which is reflected in teaching, allowing our students to focus on the development of skills, tools, techniques and knowledge to embark on a professional career that makes a difference.
It is a course that focuses on the international dimension, both in terms of the faculty staff and the diverse geographical origin of students.
