Pedagogical Education "STEM Teacher Training"
STEM is a new word in project-based education. Do you like to solve interesting problems, conduct experiments, assemble new devices, understand computers, have your own website? Do you want to share the experience with students, implement new ideas together with them, inspire them to discover and invent? Or maybe you are a certified teacher, but you want to understand new information technologies, fill in the gaps in mathematics or physics, chemistry, or biology? Then we are happy to welcome you to our new master's program "Training of STEM teachers"! At the intersection of different fields and disciplines, there is always a place for the new promising projects. With us, you will definitely learn how to implement them and organize various project activities! And you will be surrounded by interesting people from different parts of the world, with their own ideas and experiences.
Each graduate of our master's program will learn (if necessary – from scratch) how to organize project activities at the intersection of mathematics and technology, natural and engineering sciences. Each thesis should become a completed project, ready for implementation, or a startup. We have the necessary scientific, technical, and educational resources in order for you to successfully cope with this task:
you will have access to courses of lectures of leading international experts in the field of natural and engineering sciences, mathematics, computer science, programming;
you will get access to modern laboratory facilities, high-performance computer technology, extensive and constantly updated information bases;
you will become a part of the first STEM community officially supported by the European Union (project “Erasmus +”) and which includes dozens of universities from different countries worldwide;
you will take part in international conferences and exhibitions as STEM ambassadors;
you will take part in organizing the project activities of schoolchildren, becoming their mentors – STEM-tutors;
you will learn how to create at the intersection of different sciences and technologies, where the possibility for new discoveries is always present;
each of you in the learning process will participate in the implementation of your own project or startup;
after completing the master's program "STEM Teacher Training" you will be able to continue your education in graduate school in any country in the world.
