Introduction
The Master in Project Management and Direction integrates concepts related to the design, management, and direction of projects from the formulation and administration of their resources, to the final analysis of a project, whatever its origin and its purpose. Our program prepares comprehensively teachers for subsequent certification processes proposed by organizations such as PMI. In other words, during the master's training, the participant knows all the universal standards of knowledge in the project area, with an integrating vision between all of them and from the three approaches: Design, Management, and Direction.
Objective: To train Masters with the directive and managerial skills and abilities, capable of understanding the dynamics of the business environment. Developing all the capacities of project management and direction, such as planning, executing, controlling, and successfully carrying out projects of tangible goods and services for the private, public and social interest markets.
