Why Study MA People Management
This MA is designed to develop recent graduates, enhance the expertise of HR professionals, and provide current managers with specialist HR knowledge. The course has a balance of academic rigour and practice-based application, taught by academics with research expertise in employment relations, employment law, learning and development, and practitioner experience in reward and performance management, and coaching and mentoring. You will tackle current topics and concepts in the field, while the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development standards are integrated into the learning to ensure knowledge is relevant and links to practice. There are also a number of practice activities including optional placements and a weeklong residential.
