Program Description

The period of study specified by the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education is 2 years.

The study load of the bachelor’s program specified by the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education is 120 ECTS points.

The program is meant:

  • to develop the students’ faculties in the fields of training Masters in Physics for design and experimental organizations and enterprises of the electronic engineering industry, aimed at elaboration, design, and production of sophisticated electronics with the use of the modern nanoscale component base.
