The roles in the Marketing sector generally deal with specific activities such as internal and external communication, positioning and sales strategies, the social and web part of a company. Training in this sector must take into account the multidisciplinary aspect and, therefore, integrate the Strategic, Digital & Commercial vision.
The Executive Master in Marketing Management was born from a combination of three complementary areas of marketing, characterized by the following pluses:Updated and complete program, to develop and integrate technical skills in a constantly evolving sector: from strategic and operational marketing, up to aspects related to sales (negotiation, customer relationship management, sales strategies, sales force management) and digital marketing (digital strategy and social media management).
Final Project Work. Along the way there is the possibility of taking part in the project activity, which will focus on the design of a marketing plan for a specific need (e.g. the establishment of a start-up, the launch of a new product or service , brand management, etc.). It will be an opportunity to combine the technical and soft skills developed with the teaching of the master, thanks also to the support of a mentor teacher who will follow the participants until the final presentation.
