This master program tremendously increases the chances of executives and junior executives in the international job market!
The participants should first learn how to attain the knowledge and skills that will help them to successfully take on leadership responsibility in the context of specialisation, globalisation, and cost-oriented growth.
Secondly, in a dynamic focussing on competence, knowledge and skills will be conveyed in order to effectively apply strategies in practice. Knowledge and skills proven in practice will be merged with new ideas.
