The 2-year Master in Management program is part of IÉSEG’s renowned “5-year Grande Ecole Program", ranked on the Financial Times' list of the 90 Best Masters in Management in the world!
The Master in Management trains students to become managers who are effective, with a strategic perspective, and can adapt to multicultural environments.
It offers an excellent opportunity for anyone who would like to specialize in the following areas:

- Human Resources Management
- Information Systems Management
- International Negotiation and Sales Management
The program is offered on a full-time basis. Students fulfill two semesters of classes along with a one-semester internship (in France or elsewhere) and then complete a master's thesis or a consulting project. Students have flexibility with regards to the scheduling of the program components and can customize their program choosing from nearly 300 electives.
International students will join highly selected French students who have completed their 3-year Bachelor at IÉSEG. Students with Bachelor degrees in a business related field are eligible to apply.

The admission to the Master program is based on the students’ application, academic performance, level of English Proficiency and recommendation letters. There is no interview involved. The admission decision is made by a jury and the student will be notified the admission decision by email.
