In a fast-moving environment where Luxury borders are being challenged and blurred, this program will give a full understanding of the new dynamics applied to Luxury. The International Master in Luxury Marketing has been conceived to offer students a solid and accurate understanding of the Luxury world, taking into strong consideration its new rules strongly related to new consumer’s perception, challenges for the retail environment as well as online services and CRM. An analysis will span from a hard luxury into services, ranging from traveling into food and beverage.

Course Program

Branding & Image

Beginning with the basics of marketing techniques to the evolution of new Luxury strategies, the main emphasis will be on the new rules applied to business, communication, finance, and leadership. Development will be from a general overview into the Luxury market to discovering its niche and specific needs. An analysis will be applied to different Luxury business models and their strategies as well as to the different geographic.

Culture and Creation

Learning about the history of Luxury, culture, and art, will give an understanding of the origins of aesthetic codes and iconographies, and how these semiotics and visual elements are applied to the Luxury world.

Topics such as stylistic identity and trends will be covered in order to understand how creative directors endorse a company’s heritage and design new collections every season. Special attention will be given to the different areas of product and service emphasizing the specifics of different cultures and traditions.

Connected consumer experience

From the persistent rise of digital and the importance of e-commerce and Omni-channel distribution to new consumer behavior and experiential Luxury and the new dynamics and complexity which redefine consumer’s journeys. Challenges, best practice, tools, and methodology, will all contribute in defining the new era of a connected consumer experience.

Digital knowledge will be fully taught in order to convey the right mindset to approach this fast-changing scenario mastering and giving it a new perspective.

An intense lifetime experience that maximizes learning opportunities in a limited scope of time. It is a one-year program with a practical and innovative curriculum, catering the realities of the ever-changing business by encouraging students to always have a critical perspective going beyond conventional business models and look at tomorrow with its challenges and opportunities. Full-time program from Monday to Thursday, the course is articulated around three main content pillars:

Master I – Program

  • Period: October 7th, 2019 – February 13th, 2020
  • Teaching, workshops, e-learning: about 450 hours
  • Program length: 5 months full time
  • Course fees: 9000 €

Master II – Program

  • Period: March 2nd, 2020 – July 2nd, 2020 + Internship + Thesis
  • Teaching, workshops, e-learning: About 500 hours
  • Internship and personal work for Master’s thesis
  • Program length: 5 months full time + 5 month internship
  • Course fees: 10500 € (including 1 trip in Europe)
