Why do firms perform better than others? We’ll answer this question together. But some assure that it depends on strategy and others on technology or products.
We will discover that companies’ performance relies on how top-management teams formulate and implement strategies, how organizations are designed in order to exploit the potential of technologies, and how people collaborate to innovate products and services. Organizations and people are at the center of the stage, both in the world economy and in this program.
The MHRO is a full-time (and full-experience) English program, which aims to prepare graduates from any discipline to master organizational design and human resources management challenges in multicultural contexts.
This program is both a Master of Science and Master of Practice, so to speak. While the academic excellence is assured by international-focused Academic Professors, you will have the opportunity to address different issues working with managers all along the year.
Interactive Classes, Leaders’ Lectures, Team Assignments, In-company Workshops, Skill Labs, Career Counseling, 1-month Team Project Work with an O&HR Director, Meetings with the School’s network of Alumni, and a 3-to-4-month Internship provide a unique context for challenging yourself, learning, and starting off a successful career on business or consulting firms.
It’s the first Italian Inter-University Master in HRO, thanks to the collaboration of the Universities of Bologna, Ferrara, Modena, and Reggio Emilia.
The Master is sponsored by the Italian Association of Human Resources Management (AIDP). The Association will give the best Project Work Team the “AIDP Award for Bar-raisers” that consists of a study tour in Europe and a visit to a multinational company for an amount equivalent to €3,000.
