The Master in Human Resources competent professional way to integrate and develop people within the business project which includes, seeking their commitment to it, thus contributing to the differentiation of the company and hence its sustainability.
The Master in Human Resources is aimed at:
- Those graduates and graduates / as with little professional experience who wish to access the function of managing people in organizations. In this case, it is mandatory to conduct an internship that simultaneous with the programme.
- Those HR professionals concerned about staying abreast of new trends and knowledge in managing people management. In this case, the participants made an improvement project for the company in which they work. It is to be noted that in order to participate with this profile candidates must travel to Bilbao on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Programme The Master in HR is divided into 8 subjects:
▪Subject 1 and 2:
Which shows the importance that the programme gives knowledge in business management for the necessary integration of people management in business strategy.
▪Subject 3 and 4:
Engaged in the acquisition of technical skills in people management and personnel management as well as to meet the legal and labour relations organizations.
Management Skills: To develop in the participants of the precise management skills sought in the management profile (it is taught in weekends).
Coaching sessions: its growth facilitator role people. 4 individual sessions and group sessions 6 develop.
Practices or improvement project: Participants must choose between practices or improvement project. It is practical for long (greater than 6 months average length). Joining the organization is usually done between October-December, normally this is the period of incorporation. They may be extended until 30 September the following year. The defence of practices or project performed well in July or September.
Higher degree or diploma or university degree and Engineering. The educational background of those doing the master is varied (ADE, Psychology, Education, Labor Relations, Law ...) which enriches the programme by providing different orientations in solving problems, being the common denominator who enjoy dealing directly with people.
The Master in Human Resources is taught entirely in Spanish so participants whose native language is not Spanish must demonstrate a level equivalent to C1.
Have professional experience is a prerequisite for those with a diploma or technical engineering and highly appreciated in the case of holders of a Bachelor or degree requirement.
Basic knowledge of economic and business content:
They are credited through the corresponding diplomas or degrees. Those unable to prove this knowledge should make an Introduction to Materials Business 20 hours and pass the exam to be made at the end of the course. Those with professional experience and knowledge cannot prove these are exempt from taking the course but must pass the exam enterprise content to be admitted to the programme.
The graduates of this master are trained to work in any department or entity related to personnel management, such as consulting firms, human resources departments of any type of business, houses of selection and training firms work temporary, etc.
Average time insertion after completion of the master:
- Graduates / as no previous professional experience to master: 75% insertion at 6 months of completion of the master.
- Graduates seeking professional retraining: 90% of the master at the end of insertion.
