The ESMT Master in Global Management equips you to live up to these challenges by combining modern methods and theories with practice immersion - all with a global outlook. Understand how businesses shape the global economy and how managers and strategy consultants can contribute to making a positive impact.
The Master in Global Management program begins in September each year, and lasts for 24 months. The program is designed to give you a business education specializing in global management, with a curriculum that gives graduates the knowledge and skills needed to move into general management and strategy consulting.

Career Opportunities
During the second half of your first year of studies, you will pursue an Internship at the first job level, for a duration of three to six months. The focus of this internship will be on companies operating in global markets. The Career Services team works with you to find the right opportunity and guide you through the application process.
As part of your practical learning in the second study year, you will be joining an international student team for your Social Impact Project, offering your time and expertise to a social venture or to a company project fostering a social cause.
Throughout your Master's, our Career Services team will be on hand to offer guidance, skills development, and access to a robust professional network as you consider the next phase of your career.
