The Master in Entrepreneurship and Leadership aims to train potential entrepreneurs in both the leadership skills necessary to implement a project and business management knowledge that will enable the student to transform an idea into a sustainable business in time.
Our academic model aims to show you how to become an entrepreneur with attitude and passion, to transmit an entrepreneurial culture and train tomorrow’s entrepreneurs. We do this through our four cornerstones:
- Values - The difference that makes the difference
- Entrepreneurs and professionals as teachers
- Practical training
- Mentoring and personal support
Since 2014 EDEM has become the first Spanish institution to be a member of Babson Global, an international initiative of Babson College. This American university is the global leader in entrepreneurship, and its philosophy has therefore inspired our program.
Furthermore, as members of this network, EDEM offers students of the program the additional opportunity during the summer months to make an international exchange to Boston, to experience the American entrepreneurial ecosystem first-hand.

You will make contact with other key players in the entrepreneurial process and experience first-hand the corporate culture.
