PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Master in Digital Marketing and Revenue Management for tourism and accommodation companies of the School of Tourism and Hotel Management Sant Ignasi is a master's degree from the Ramon Llull University.

The main objective of the program is to provide you with the most up-to-date training to facilitate strategic decision making in the area of digital marketing, as well as the most advanced techniques and tools that guide revenue management decisions related to pricing and revenue management .

This master offers you specialized training that will allow you to optimize resources and income in a highly competitive sector. It also includes a module of institutional, public and interpersonal communication that complements the training so that you become one of the leaders in the digital transformation of the international tourism industry.

The program consists of 4 modules that can be taken in a row or individually. In the case of studying only one of the modules, a University Expert Degree in that specialty would be obtained. The completion of the 4 modules will lead to the master's degree through the URL.

CONTENTS

The Master in Digital Marketing and Revenue Management for tourism and accommodation companies of HTSI aims to train you as an expert, mastering the latest trends in the areas, and enabling you to manage the latest digital marketing and Revenue Management tools applied to the tourism business and accommodation.

Once you have passed the program, you will be able to:

  • Define and develop the objectives, tactics and strategies of digital marketing to establish appropriate policies in line with the objectives and strategies of the tourism and accommodation company.
  • Identify the key moments of the customer experience to capture and build customer loyalty through a digital strategy.
  • Master SEO and SEM techniques as well as sharing content in digital media and social networks to position content on the Internet.
  • Segment the market according to distribution channels to identify the profile of consumers.
  • Define revenue management strategies aligned with the objectives of the organization.
  • Manage and execute revenue management tactics to achieve the expected results.
  • Segment prices according to distribution channels and consumer profile to identify trends and behaviors.
  • Establish mechanisms for controlling prices and inventories to improve the overall performance of the hotel organization.
  • Predict prices to define strategies that improve the benefits of the operating account.
  • Assess local, global and intercultural issues to understand and include external perspectives taking into account collective well-being and sustainable development in the management of projects and companies in the tourism and accommodation sector.

ADMISSIONS

Who can access the Master in Digital Marketing and Revenue Management?

1. Students with a university degree

  • All those who are in possession of an official Spanish university degree, or another issued by an institution of higher education belonging to another member state of the European Higher Education Area that empowers for access to master's degrees.
  • Graduates in educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area, without having to approve their degrees. Before, it will be verified that the foreign university that has issued the degree accredits a level of training equivalent to the corresponding official Spanish degrees and that, in your country, this degree allows access to postgraduate education. The access by this route does not imply, in any case, the homologation of this title or its recognition for other purposes than to take the master.

2. Students without a university degree

Students without a university degree who meet the following requirements can take the program, and after the Admissions Commission assesses and accepts their candidacy through their curriculum vitae:

  • Candidates at least 23 years of age
  • Access to the university either through the PAU or having completed a Higher Degree Formative Cycle
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in positions of responsibility in the tourism and hotel sector. The Admissions Commission reserves the right to request references of said work experience and to have an interview with the candidate, if deemed necessary.

ENROLLMENT

What process must be followed to formalize the registration of the Master in Digital Marketing and Revenue Management?

Once the candidate receives the favorable resolution of his candidacy from the Admissions Commission, he must formalize the registration by presenting the following original documentation at the Academic Secretariat of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management Sant Ignasi:

1. Spanish university graduates

  • Photocopy of the valid ID or passport at the time of registration
  • Original and photocopy of the title or title of the university studies
  • Official academic certification (list of subjects taken with their qualification and their number of credits)
  • Direct debit document

2. Graduates in education systems outside the Spanish university system

  • A photography
  • Photocopy of the valid passport at the time of registration
  • Original and photocopy of the title or title of the university studies
  • Official academic certification (list of subjects taken with their qualification and their number of credits)
  • Sworn translation of the degree and the academic record, in case the original is not in Spanish or English.
  • SET (European Supplement to the Degree) or failing that a certificate from the candidate's university of origin proving that his university studies enable him to take a master's degree in his country of origin.

3. Students without a university degree:

  • Photocopy of the valid ID or passport at the time of registration
  • Photocopy of the degree completed
  • Curriculum vitae with the company's demonstrable and certified work experience specifying said work experience.

At the time of enrollment, the Academic Secretariat of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management Sant Ignasi will require the student to provide all the original documents in order to make the relevant compulsory.

PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS

Standard: 7,560 EUR

  • Registration (pay before 15 days from admission) = 2,900 EUR
  • Rest (before starting the master) = 4,660 EUR

Single payment: EUR 6,804 (5% discount)

  • Registration (pay before 15 days from admission) = 2,900 EUR
  • Total (before 12/01/2019) = 3,904 EUR

Monthly payment (2%): EUR 7,711.20

  • Registration (pay before 15 days from admission) = 2,900 EUR
  • Monthly = 801.87 EUR x 7 monthly payments (from February to July)
