Introduction
General objectivesThis Master's program aims to enable students to develop projects in the universe of creating the image and communicating the identity of companies, organizations and products. The strategies of the brands, the concepts and the means involved in the relations between the different actors are going through a period of accelerated transformation, partly forced by the evolution and ubiquity of digital media.
It is in this sense that the intention is to develop competences applicable to the current identity and communication projects of the brands and to provide specialized training to face the demands of the market and society, following a renewing perspective, combining knowledge of design, multimedia animation, management of brands and communications on digital networks, interactions between individuals, organizations and products, with a special focus on the local business fabric, rich in endogenous products and close relationships.
Learning objectivesThe course leads to a current understanding of the construction of the image and the formation of the identity of a brand and its interconnections with cultural facts, social and behavioral trends of the present, enabling for practical intervention in terms of visual identity design, animations graphics aimed at digital media and brand image management, enabling for branding projects and visual identity design: identification, management and communication of the qualities and values of a brand; creative work to define innovative scenarios suitable for brand communication; representation of innovative ideas and concepts; management of media presence at different scales and media, from traditional to digital; production of objects associated with the communication of identity, aiming at the dynamic visual exploration of graphic elements; deepening of essential components to the visual language, together with fundamental elements in multimedia animation projects.Professional OutingsIntegrate creative teams in design offices and communication and advertising agencies dedicated to branding;
Integrate communication offices in companies and institutions focused on creating and managing a dynamic identity with multimedia applications, online and offline;
Develop digital identity and communication projects - including strategic aspects, management, design of solutions and their production.
