ESEI’s Master in Digital Entrepreneurship programme focuses on the following objectives:
Learn from an expert innovator and work towards a final project where you can pitch your skills against real-world challenges and learn what starting a business really involves.
Strategy and business canvas modelling
Explore a canvas tool and learn key factors involved in decision making and find weaknesses and opportunities as you develop your start-up business plan.
Take the right steps in strategy design and implementation and learn how to manage organisational change in start-ups and enterprise.
Professional communication skills
Become an expert negotiator, learning how to develop a decision-based strategy, while keeping tabs on your emotions.
Learn how to present like a pro and get your message across while keeping your audience’s attention.
Prevent, manage and resolve conflict in your organisation, including the key element of peace-building.
Look at and understand the drivers behind digital innovation, including mobile, cloud, social, big-data & M2M technology.
Examine real-world customer journeys and identify innovation opportunities, and how best to apply them to digital start-ups.
Digital business skills
Explore SMM, SEM and SEO and their practical applications in digital business, and focus on detailed audience building, successful community management and inbound marketing strategies.
Learn how to project manage a website, how to deal with developers and understand the functions of a website and how it supports your brand.
Also focus on e-commerce, mobile applications, and the planning, building, and implementing of electronic and mobile commerce products and services.
The Master in Digital Entrepreneurship is a full-time Master’s programme taught completely in English and takes place over two academic semesters. You will be able to start the programme in February or October each year, and will take the following modules in each semester:
