The EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation), definitively entered into force on May 25th, introduced a new approach to the protection of personal data, which can be qualified as "privacy management" or programmed, prospective and controlled management of protection of personal data, having regard to the level of risk of violation of the same.
To support this, the GDPR has introduced - for all Public Administrations and subjects whose main activities consist of treatments that, by their nature, scope of application and / or purpose, require regular and systematic monitoring of the interested parties on a large scale - the obligation to designate a DPO (Data Protection Officer) which, with advisory, operational and control functions, oversees and links the various compliance activities arranged by the Data Controller. The aforementioned changes constitute a reversal of the common way of understanding data protection and, as such, require first an activity of sensitization in terms of values and then a systematic and transversal action to prepare a robust planning in response to the principle of accountability.
The training course, structured on the specific needs of the subjects who design, implement and control the management of the protection of personal data, responds to the purpose of clarifying the application of the GDPR and the domestic legislation and provides indications on the organizational effects of the new legislation, on the role of the subjects involved (so-called privacy governance) and on the preparation of safeguards, management of estimates (privacy management) and controls (privacy monitoring and compliance).
During the training course in the classroom, the learner will conduct a further orientation interview with his tutor and will fill in a placement form where he will be able to present the professional goals, the role he will want to fill and the corporate sector of preference, in line with the training path . Furthermore, it will express its needs in the field of logistics. The results on the contacts / interviews will be communicated to the learner, through an innovative and automated service, which will alert the master to send his curriculum vitae to the company concerned.
