The Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management is aimed at professionals in the sector and students with previous studies in gastronomy, such as a degree in gastronomy.
It is made up of five modules, in addition to the Final Master's Project and professional practices.Module 1: Kitchen Management and Administration.
Module 2: Knowledge of culinary products and techniques.
Module 3: Creativity and Innovation in the kitchen.
Module 4: Kitchen for Events.
Module 5: Pastry and Confectionery for Restaurants.
Duration: 8 months of class plus 3 to 6 months of professional internships in the sector.Teaching language: Spanish.
Hours: Monday to Friday in the morning shift (except for some sessions held in the afternoon).

Final practices in the sector. 12 ECTS.Students who wish can take the Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management in English.Internship periodsPractices in the sector once the Master classes have finished. These are professional onboarding practices and can be 3 to 6 months. The school is responsible for achieving personalized internships for students both nationally and internationally.TitlingMaster's Diploma in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Escuela Universitaria de Hotelería y Turismo de Sant Pol de Mar and the University of Girona.
For those students who have an official university degree, they will also obtain the Master's Diploma in Culinary Arts and Cooking Management from the University of Girona.

Carry out the official pre-registration established by the Generalitat de Catalunya.The Admissions Department will be in charge of carefully informing about the necessary requirements to access the Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management and advising on all registration procedures.Scholarships for students and study aidEUHT StPOL has a Study Aid Fund for studying at its center. Its objective is to facilitate access to educational programs for those candidates who, for financial reasons, have difficulties to enroll. These are awarded as a percentage of the total basic or academic cost of the course up to 35% based on the academic record and the purchasing power of the candidate and those who finance the studies.
