Master in Comparative Literature Studies: Russian – French Literary Relations

Language: Russian, French

Designed by the Northern (Arctic) Federal University and Haute Alsace University, the CLS program gives a unique opportunity to get inside the world of French and Russian literature assisted by highly qualified international teaching staff and have lectures and tutorials both in Russia and France within an academic mobility program.


Compulsory courses:

  • Comparative Literature Studies
  • Russian and French Literature
  • Intercultural Communication in Europe
  • French and Russian Languages
  • Master’s Thesis (30 ECTS)

Electives:

  • French poetry of the 18-20 centuries
  • Genres of Russian Literature French Drama and Theatre in the
  • Context of Russian Literature and Culture
  • Modern French Literature in Russian Translation


The program provides an opportunity for studying in Russia and France with transfer of credits by the partner universities
