Introduction
Presentation and objectives:
The aim is to provide training in chemistry by offering specializations based on all the fields for which Strasbourg / Mulhouse's research expertise is recognized internationally.
The program aims:
To start a research activity by preparing a doctorate.
To train future executives of the chemical industry in the field of molecular and macromolecular synthesis.
The CMM course is located at the University of Haute-Alsace on the Illberg campus. The structure and contents of M1 will be identical to the common core Green Molecular Chemistry and Supramolecular in place at the University of Strasbourg.
Specialization in the field of synthetic chemistry applied to molecular and macromolecular chemistry will begin in S2. During this semester, standard core units and orientation units are chosen by the student according to the M2 he wishes to follow.
The range of options is increasing from S1 to S3, with S4 still being devoted to the internship. Bridges between the various courses resulting from the common core CMVS are possible.
Know-how and skills:
Mastering knowledge of the specialty area.
Acquire the practical skills necessary for the activity of a synthesis laboratory.
Integrate and contribute to a working group.
Work independently by setting priorities, managing time, and self-assessment.
Make the inventory of a domain synthetically.
To pose and analyze a scientific problem; identify and implement steps for its resolution.
Synthetically present the results obtained, and the perspectives opened.
Communicate and justify the results achieved and its activity.
Mastering English in a professional context.
Further studies
