The MSc (Change Management) gives you the knowledge, the skills and the expertise required to analyse, plan and implement changes in the private and public sectors. You gain a thorough insight into stimulating challenges, including business development, recruitment, human resource development, and conflict management. The studies take place at the University’s Slagelse Campus. Slagelse is located in the western part of Zealand, an hour’s drive from Copenhagen. The campus is right next to the train station.

The study programme focuses on the implementation of major and minor changes in both society and the business community. You receive a through introduction to relevant areas of study, such as change management, human resource management, industrial sociology, organisational psychology, and project management. In addition to a strong technical/academic foundation, you will acquire good managerial skills that you can apply in your employment.
You can also choose from various elective subjects, such as Entrepreneurial Management, Change Communication, Power and Management, Knowledge and Knowledge Management, and the Corporate Project – thus influencing your study activities in relation with your own desires.
After completing MSc in Economics and Business Administration, Change Management, you will be able to find jobs where your primary work assignments will be:
