Access Title

Access to the Legal Profession

In accordance with the provisions of art. 16 of RD 1393/2007, and consistent with Article 17, to access the official teachings of Master will be necessary to hold a Spanish official university degree or another issued by a higher education institution of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) entitling in the country issuing the qualification for admission to master's degree. They may also access the graduates from foreign educational systems to the European Higher Education Area without the approval of their titles, after verification by the University that those demonstrate a level of education equivalent to the corresponding Spanish university degrees and entitling in the country issuing the qualification for admission to postgraduate studies.

Registration deadlines 2017

First period: From 2 to 16 February.

  • This period allows the pre-admission of students who, for various reasons, may need an early confirmation of admission to master.
  • The coordinating committee of each Master selects only those candidates whose curriculum broadly endorse the request for admission, may be vacancies even if a greater number of applicants than places.
  • In this period there will be no waiting list; the not admitted candidates may reactivate its application in the following periods without charge and the documentation submitted in the first period shall be deemed valid.
  • Applicants may consult the Internet if you have been admitted since March 6.
  • Admitted students will have from 8 until March 22 to make the payment of 200 € in concept of reservation will be deducted from the corresponding public tuition prices in Official Master of the academic year 2017-2018 amount.
  • The subscription entitles you to reserve a place in the Masters until July enrollment period (see registration dates).
  • This period allows the pre-admission of students who, for various reasons, may need an early confirmation of admission to master.
  • This amount will be refunded only if the master were to not be taught.
  • Students who, although they admitted a result, not made the payment of 200 €, forfeit their reservation and, if followed interested in pursuing the Master should reactivate its application for admission to subsequent periods, remaining in equal footing with new applicants.

Second period: from 26 April to 26 June.

  • The lists of students who are admitted and rejected and the waiting list if any, will be published on July 10 on the Internet.
  • The deadline for claims will be from 11 to 13 July.

Third period: 5 to 8 September.

  • This deadline will only be open in those Másteres submit offer vacancies after completing the registration process in July.
  • If there were a number of applicants than places a waiting list will be created. The lists of students admitted and non-admitted within this period and waiting if any, will be published on 15 September. The deadline for claims will be from 18 to 20 September.

Assessment Systems

Student Profile and Career

Useful information for students

Article 1.4 of Law 34/2006 provides that the professional title of attorney will be essential for access to professional associations of lawyers and, consequently, to the practice of law in our country. Achieving professional title passes mentioned obtaining appropriate academic block titration and overcoming the tryouts convened annually by the Ministries of Justice and Education.

In terms of academic qualifications, from 2013 graduates and law graduates must complete their academic training with the completion of a Master enabling to obtain professional training. To this end, the Master of access to the legal profession taught at CES Cardinal Cisneros, approved by the Aneca in February 2013, aims not only preparing students for overcoming successfully test national access, which will enable for collegiality and with it the exercise of the legal profession, but beyond that provide optimum training to acquire all the necessary skills for a brilliant exercise of the legal profession. For this purpose it ensures that students acquire not only basic skills and general knowledge and designed in the curriculum but also the specific skills to achieve a comprehensive education allowing him to operate successfully and competitively profession.

Students do the practices under the supervision of a member of the public or private entity that receives them and coordinators of the Master external tutor. Curricular practices are awarded upon personal interview to each student under the criteria of competence and expressed preferences.

Throughout the entire Master it is offered to interested students the possibility of simultaneously extracurricular teaching practices.

Information on employment

The completion of the Master of access law allows rapid employment in law firms and legal advice firms as demonstrated that 100% of students in the first class - Course 2014-2015 - are now incorporated into employment .
