Training aims

Offer students with a university degree at least 4 years (Master 1 level) training in French in the administration of companies. This training is aimed primarily at students from other training programs (engineering, social sciences, humanities, etc.) who can acquire a second management skills.


This master is focused on a logic of dual competence. Thanks to the wide range of knowledge acquired during the training, a wide variety of jobs are offered to graduates, especially in the areas of activity corresponding to their original training.

Academic partner and diploma

The training is organized in partnership with the Institute of Economics and Management (IEMN - IAE) of the University of Nantes (France).

The diploma awarded at the end of the training is the Master Law-Economics-Management, Business Administration specialty, University of Nantes (French State Diploma).

Duration of studies and details

The classroom training is about 600 hours. The teaching takes place full-time, from the beginning of October to the end of June. Classroom teaching is followed by an internship of 3 to 6 months.


The internship is an integral part of the training and a condition of graduation. It starts after the end of the course and takes place in a company, a public administration or a non-governmental organization, operating in the country of origin of the student, in Bulgaria, in France or in Belgium. It is the subject of a tripartite agreement, signed before its beginning and also of an internship report that the student must write and support until December of the year.


The students enrolled in this training are students regularly enrolled at the University of Nantes, while enjoying the status of Bulgarian student for the duration of their studies.


The cost of training provided by ESFAM, comparable to that of European universities and colleges, is entirely subsidized by the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie. Only a contribution to student life (housing at the university residence, insurance, transport of the residence to the Institute, etc.), up to 750 EUR per academic year, is to be paid by the student.
