Master in Public Management
The Master in Public Management (MGP) is to contribute to better functioning of the public sector, NGOs and public-private partnerships through the formation of people committed to the country and aware that the achievement of collective goals depends on the quality of design & n tilde or, implementation and execution of public policies.
 
The Master in Public Management offers the right combination of modern concepts and techniques in the area of management and public policy organizations and processes to lead, negotiate, manage conflict and produce effective changes in institutions, by building consensus. This program emphasizes the constant link that must exist between the goal-the welfare of the population and how, does one necessarily have to be combined to generate the desired results from financial and human resources to the environmental conditions that affect possibilities for real transformation in society.
 
By graduating from this will be a graduate professional holistic view, equipped with the expertise and management tools necessary to make decisions in an environment of uncertainty and constant change. As students develop the personal skills necessary for leadership and negotiate complex organizational processes, implementation and monitoring of programs and services.
 
 
Who is
 
This program is designed for graduates from any discipline who work or want to work in the public sector, nongovernmental organizations or units of social responsibility and relations with state agencies in private companies.
 
 
Duration
 
The Master in Public Management has a duration of 18 months, divided into 6 quarters. Classes are held on Fridays from 4:30 to 8:30 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m..
