Specialization is chosen during the first semester; Specialization classes start of the second semester. Specialization will be launched in case of reporting on it at least 50 candidates.
Second graduate degree in management, recognized deepened and expanded knowledge about management and complementary disciplines and expertise relating to specific management functions. Graduates have the ability to critically analyze, interpret and evaluate the economic and social phenomena on different scales, in particular the ability to make decisions and planning scale enterprises and institutions of a different nature. It has the ability to strategic management. Graduates have the ability to organize teamwork and team management and effective communication, negotiation and persuasion. It has the ability to use the acquired knowledge in the work of the university. Graduates have the ability and the will to further systematically improve their skills.
A graduate receiving a master's degree, has expanded the knowledge and skills necessary to undertake professional work in the domestic and foreign markets, including the self-employed. Masters degree in management, provide the integration of knowledge from different fields, as well as highly developed managerial competence. The knowledge and skills gained during the studies enables graduates occupying high managerial positions or positions highly respected specialists in the management of companies and groups of companies, non-profit institutions, public authorities at various levels. The second cycle of the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw educate students according to the needs of the economy and administration, and combine university education with practical management skills transfer.
