Master’s in Web Design
In a society where printing on paper is becoming less common every day, and where contents are most likely to be received via screens, there is a growing need for professionals from the graphics sector to provide an easy-to-use, responsible and attractive response to the challenges posed by the users of online platforms.
The democratization of technology has made the constant consumption of contents one of the most common habits of people. Each moment has its own content, which is, in turn, consumed via different types of devices. This has turned the job of the designer into a more complex one, which demands specific training in the web context since it is ruled by its own regulations and codes. Consequently, the role of the web designer has become radically different from that of the graphic designer.
The growing demand for qualified professionals for the online sector has made the discipline of web designer an essential training for anyone seeking to join highly qualified teams and to participate in fascinating projects.
Training multidisciplinary designers who will have an excellent command of the particularities of the online medium:
They will be able to have a holistic understanding of a digital project, from the business to the technical architecture.
They will contribute with their own value as web design specialists to consolidated teams.
- They will be able to understand the procedures of incremental repetitive work and become familiar with the value of methods such as Agile or Lean, which are rapidly spreading in the most innovative technology companies.
This course is organised in 7 modules and is completed upon handing in the Final Project.
