The goal of the Master's programme is to give students a deeper understanding of marketing issues on the basis of a sound marketing-related training. In particular, various technological developments and future trends are taken into account in the development of markets. This ensures that the students are prepared for future market requirements and are very attractive to a potential employer. Classes will take place both on Campus Rheinbach and on Campus Sankt Augustin.

To be admitted to the Master’s degree programme, applicants are required to submit evidence of having acquired a first degree qualifying for profession (e. g. Bachelor or a degree of equal or higher level) in Economic Sciences, Business Information Systems, Business Engineering or Business Psychology. The degree must have been awarded at least a final grade of 2,7 and a minimum of 210 credits (ECTS). In case that the requirements are fulfilled, the study places are being assigned in accordance with a local selection procedure (NC). If the professional degree has been awarded fewer than 210 credits, but a minimum of 180 credits, a practical term must be successfully completed. Official application for winter semester will take place between 15.05. and 15.07. Degree or diploma certificates that include the average grade can be submitted until July 22 (this applies to applicants with certificates from outside of the EU).
