The aims of the course are to enable you to acquire the specialist knowledge and skills necessary for professional practice as a rural property manager and for entry to the relevant professional bodies, such as RICS and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).
It is an intensive 12-month study programme with an emphasis on the practical integration and development of the traditional core elements of a land management course. The most special feature of the Rural Development Engineer course is the organization of frequent study trips. “Learning by Seeing” is stressed through the visits to different scales of farms, municipalities and rural development agencies and projects. The students can also experience the European identity during study tours to the European Union institutions in Brussels and to our partner universities in neighboring Slovakia and Romania.
