The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) is designed to develop and enhance the knowledge and skills of those who hold or desire to hold leadership positions in organizations. Students are exposed to theories and best practices involving people and processes in organizations. Upon successful completion, students in the MSOL program will be able to demonstrate:
