This is followed by a work based project equivalent to the postgraduate dissertation and involving academic research but based on the work undertaken during the placement.Newcastle Business School cannot guarantee that every student will be able to be placed as the decision ultimately rest with the employers - however we have a very well established Placements Unit within the school with an extensive network of business partners and we are confident that this, combined with a rigorous selection policy means that the chances of successful placement are very high.
