The students will be able to determine key characteristics and processes in agricultural systems, and critically evaluate the production, environmental, and social aspects. Deep knowledge of sciences including biochemistry, plant and animal physiology, and others allows their further scientific growth and/or understanding, and the identification of areas for application of advanced technology in agriculture and food production. The wide offering of optional subjects allows students deep specialization in the area of interest.
