The area of environmental management encompasses a wide variety of topics. Each program will have its own focus, but examples include watershed hydrology, ecological toxicology, stream and river ecology, urban ecology, and ecology of bioinvasions.

Central America is the region of North America located between the southern border of Mexico and the northwest border of Colombia, in South America. It consists of Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.
