The MSc, or Master of Science, is an internationally recognized academic degree that indicates proficiency and knowledge of a given topic or field. Most MSc programs take about four years to finish, after which some join the workforce while others continue on in the classroom.
The foundations of computer science actually date back to before the modern computer had actually been created. For instance, algorithms for computing have been around for hundreds of years. One book of Sanskrit algorithms dates back to 800 BC.
As for the educational organizations of Central America, they are improving. Many American colleges and universities run foreign classes in Central America and the Caribbeans, and they are consistently among the most popular ones. And even if the full-time learning by Americans has not been traditionally admitted, it is certainly gaining in this regard.
