Graduate students enrolled in the Chemical and Biological Engineering master’s programs have the option of a master of science degree with or without a thesis. Those students enrolled in the M.S. program have the option to complete thesis research work in addition to the yearlong coursework required for a master's degree without a thesis.

Chemical engineering is a rapidly evolving field that impacts areas including energy, food, water, and health. This Master's in Advanced Chemical Engineering focuses on the fundamentals of key chemical and industrial processes and how they are put into practice.
