By joining the MSc in Management - Grande Ecole, you will learn how to think, manage and operate effectively in today's global business environment, and along the way acquire the tangible evidence to show it.
You will be taking general management classes with international students from over 70 nationalities, and spend a minimum of 6 months in a country other than your own. The programme offers 12 months of internships in international companies, and has over 160 international exchange partners. In short, all you need to get your career in international management started off on the right foot!

During the first year you will have to validate certain acquired skills, as an essential core for solid foundations in law, marketing, management and accounting, statistics, finance, strategy: all tools that managers need. These will be filled out with “early makers” educational projects and additional courses which will immerse you in the position of a future proactive manager.
During a minimum 2-years study, you’ll alternate between periods of academic study at emlyon business school, business internships and academic exchanges with partner universities and non-profit projects, helping to boost your employability at the end of your course. The school’s teaching and learning method is founded on the principles of personalization and flexibility, giving each student an opportunity to build his or her own career and life plan.
To make sure each student’s pathway forms a coherent whole, emlyon business school uses a very open system that makes possible a personalized learning path and coaching. This staged approach is designed to ensure that students make the right choices and that their studies are aligned with business and market demand.
Some examples of courses on offer are the «International Business Immersion» course with HEC Montréal, the Sports Industry Management course and the European Human Resources Management course, some requiring special formats. You will also be able to choose from subjects and groups of courses that will allow you to develop specific skills and business expertise such as: Financial Analysis, Consulting, Data science, Innovation, Marketing intelligence, Operations management, BtoB marketing, BtoC marketing, Organization, Disruption and new challenges, Strategy, Information systems ... Over 100 elective modules allow you to go further into these modules as you wish and build your own course.

The Join a School in France selection procedure is open to candidates holding a Degree from a university outside France (Bachelor's degree, Licence, Master…) gained upon successful completion of at least three years of university education outside France; the degree being awarded by a nationally accredited higher education institution.
Candidates must be less than 30 years old when taking the Join a School in France selection tests. Candidates may apply the same year in which the degree is obtained.
