Your Electronic and Electrical Engineering with Industry Experience
Over the course, you will develop skills with industry-standard equipment, such as a scanning tunnelling microscope for atomic-scale probing, and the hp4124 parameter analyser for power devices.
You will have the chance to build an understanding of prototyping and production methods and components while learning how to construct and evaluate advanced models of manufacturing techniques.
By the end of the course, you will be able to confidently differentiate, analyse and discuss product lifetime management solutions, and how they impact specific industry sectors.
Your studies will be nourished by an international community of over 500 postgraduate students and 120 research staff at the College of Engineering.

Usually, the entry requirements for the MSc Electronic and Electrical Engineering with Industry course is a 2:1 honours degree (or above) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a similar relevant engineering or science discipline. Please note that there are a limited number of places on this programme – please see ‘How to apply’ for further information regarding requirements.

If English is not your first language you will need an acceptable pass in an approved English Language qualification to make sure you get the full benefit from studying at Swansea. We consider a wide range of qualifications, including the Swansea University English Test, the British Council IELTS test (with a score of at least 6.5 and 5.5 in each component).
