The big data revolution is having an enormous impact on society, organisations and daily life. The data explosion is a tremendous source of new opportunities for companies and individuals. It enables them to make better, more customer-oriented, more targeted, more cost-efficient decisions. Business intelligence specialists have become an essential asset to any company and any public institution. The MSc Business Intelligence and Smart Services is a new, innovative programme that studies service design, business intelligence systems and business analytics.

The knowledge you’ll gain is directly applied to real-life company projects. Upon graduation, you will have a wide variety of career options available to you, such as service designer, business intelligence consultant, or big data architect. The industries you could end up working in are equally varied as companies, governments and research organisations are all looking for people like you.
