This advanced level programme provides applicants with the requisite knowledge and skills to work in a broad range of HR roles in an international context.
Modules may include:
HRM and Development in a Global Context, Comparative Employment Relations and Law, Resourcing for Higher Performance, Developing Strategic Leadership Skills and Business Innovation Project (various options including work placements and dissertation).
A minimum 2.2 first degree or successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in International Management.
Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL)
We welcome applications from students who may not have formal/traditional entry criteria but who have relevant experience or the ability to pursue the course successfully.
The Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) process could help you to make your work and life experience count. The APL process can be used for entry onto courses or to give you exemptions from parts of your course.
Two forms of APL may be used for entry: the Accreditation of Prior Certificated Learning (APCL) or the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL).
English Language Requirements
Normally IELTS 6.5 with no individual element below 5.5, or equivalent recognized Secure English Language Test, (SELT).
If the English language qualification is slightly below this level candidates may be able to take one of the many English courses available in the University. Please search for English in Course Finder.
