Hull University Business School is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Approved Centre. Graduates of this course will be eligible to apply to the CIPD to become a Chartered Member with the recognised status and career advantages this brings.

This programme prepares you for a career in HR.
Careers support is available from the Student and Graduate Centre for Professional Success which is the central point of contact for connecting students and business.
Bringing together employability activities from across Hull University Business School, it offers support such as mentoring, CV writing workshops. Students can also gain experience working with business through a year in industry or through short-term internships and projects.
This is a specialist programme, which aims to foster the development of a critically informed practitioner who is able to use both theoretical and practical skills to achieve HRM outcomes effectively.
You will have a minimum of a 2:2 Honours degree or international equivalent, one academic reference and a good command of English.
If you require a Tier 4 student visa to study or if your first language is not English you will be required to provide acceptable evidence of your English language proficiency level.
This course requires academic IELTS 6.5 overall, with 6.0 in each skill.
