This course develops the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage people. This MSc is fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and gives full exemption from their level 7 Advanced Diploma in HRM. Our teaching draws on multidisciplinary theory and ideas to explore how both business goals and individual career objectives can be reconciled.
